30-Day Return Policy

All products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping. No returns on custom/printed items unless defective. Refunds issued to original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of receipt.

1-Year Limited Warranty

We warrant our non-3D-printed products (e.g., purchased components, accessories) against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from purchase date. Covers repair or replacement at our discretion. Excludes damage from misuse, abuse, improper installation, or normal wear.

Limited Lifetime Guarantee – 3D-Printed Plastic Products

Our 3D-printed plastic items (manufactured by us) are guaranteed against manufacturing defects (cracking, breaking under normal use) for the original owner’s lifetime. We will repair or replace the item free of charge if a defect occurs. If the original item is no longer offered or available, we may, at our sole discretion, replace it with an updated version or a similar item of comparable value. Excludes damage from abuse, modification, extreme heat, improper care, or accidents. Proof of purchase required. Shipping costs may apply for warranty claims.
